Hello Everybody!
It's finally here - our mission trip to Tegucigalpa, Honduras! Through a lot of hard work and personal fund raising we have fully funded 31 team members to go, which at $1500 per person is a whopping $46,500. Our team members include:

With this blog our team members will be able to share their pictures, experiences, and emotions from their work and it will keep everyone back at home informed on what we did each day (I know there are a few worried mothers staying behind - mine included). Check the blog often, because I plan to update every night.
On a closing thought, I want to share with everyone a verse that has meant a great deal to me in the past when I was going through a trial, stressed about an exam, or worried about a loved one. My prayer is that everyone going and staying behind will find peace and love through this verse while either serving out God's purposes or praying for our safe return.
Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again-rejoice! Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the Lord is coming soon. Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God's peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
